Eligibility Criteria for Pharmacist post

Age Limit for this post: Candidatesshould not exceed 40 years of age. Age relaxation will be available as per the rules of West Bengal Government.

Educational Qualifications for this post: Candidates should have two years Diploma in pharmacy from any institute Approved by the Pharmacy council of India.

Application fee and Submission Procedure:

Unreserved candidates need to pay Rs. 100/- and Reserved candidates (SC/ST/OBC-A & B /PWD) has to pay Rs. 50/- as an application fee. The amount has to be deposited in any National Bank in the form of Demand Draft. The DD has to be done in favour of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti payable at Service Branch, Kolkata. The Demand Draft must be purchased on or after date of advertisement and should be sent to the Office of the Undersigned with in 14-01-2015 by Speed Post Only.
