Pay Scale: Pay Scale for this post is Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade pay of Rs. 1800 + admissible allowance           

Eligibility Criteria for Karnataka Postal Department

Age limit for this post: Candidate’s minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum is 27 years.

Age Relaxation:

For SC/ST Candidates - up-to 5 years

For OBC Candidates - up-to 3 years

For Government servants - up-to 40 years of age

Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen and Physically Challenged candidates will be applicable as per the Government rules.

Educational Qualification for this post: Candidate should have passed Matriculation or 1TI from a Recognized Board. Other equivalent certificates will not be accepted.

Application fee and Submission Procedure:

                             Candidates applying for this post have to pay an amount of Rs.200/- in the Indian Postal Order format. The fee should be paid in the favour of Senior Superintendent/Superintendent of the division/ Head of the Offices.

                   The Candidates applying for MTS post in Karnataka Postal Circle have to send their applications in the prescribed Format to the head of the division through Speed Post after enclosing all the necessary documents and the original e-receipt which is issued by  Post Office/IPO(in respect of outside Karnataka candidates).  "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF MTS" should be super scribed on the envelope. The applications should reach to the head of the division by 13-01-2015.

Age limit for this post: Candidate’s age should be above 17 years and below 27 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules of Haryana State Government.

Educational Qualification for this post: The Candidate must have possessed 10th/ Matriculation or its equivalent/ITI from a relevant Institute / Board.

Pay Scale:

1. Recruited candidates will be offered Rs.5200-20200 with Rs. 1800/ Grade Pay.

2. Recruited candidates for Postman/ Mail guard will be offered Rs. 5200- 20200/ with Rs. 2000/ Grade Pay.
