Pay Scale:
• For group A the pay band is of Rs. 9570/- to Rs. 30,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 3500/-
• For group B the pay band is of Rs. 5310/- to Rs. 24,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-
Age Limit:
• Candidate should have minimum age of 18 year and not more than 40 year as on 15th May, 2014.
Education qualification:
• There are two types of vacancies like Group B Non-Gazetted and Group-C Non-Gazetted so the qualification for both of that is different, so you have to see the official advertisement for detail.
Application Fee:
• The candidate of the General category has to pay Rs. 150/- for the Group B vacancies and Rs. 100/- for the Group C vacancies. The candidate of SC/ ST/ PH/ BPL card holder has to pay Rs. 150/- for the Group B vacancies and Rs. 50/- for the Group C vacancies.

Osmania University vice-chancellor Prof S Satyanarayana released the schedule of entrance tests on Monday which will be held between May 30 and June 10 (three sessions on each day) at 23 centres in Hyderabad.

The university has introduced two test booklet series, and candidates' left thumb impression will be taken on the OMR sheets. Students have to use only black or blue ball point pens to darken ovals on the OMR sheet, and they will not be allowed to carry HB pencils, Prof. Satnarayana said.

OUCET-2014 : NOTIFICATION

(for PG, PG Diploma & 5 yr. Integrated Programmes offered by Osmania, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi & Palamuru Universities)

Applications in the prescribed form are invited from the candidates who have passed or appearing for the final year examination in the qualifying degree for entrance tests and admission into various P.G. courses (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.C.J., B.L.I.Sc., M.L.I.Sc., M.S.W., M.Ed., M.P.Ed., etc.), P.G. Diploma Courses & 5 yr. Integrated Programmes offered by Osmania, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi and Palamuru Universities in their campus, constituent and affiliated colleges for the academic year 2013 – 2014. The details of the courses, eligibility criteria and other rules and regulations are given in the Information Brochure.

5% Supernumerary seats in each course in University campus & constituent colleges are available to the candidates from outside Andhra Pradesh under National Integration Quota (NIQ).

Filled in application and ICR sheet along with a demand draft (drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of “The Director, Directorate of Admissions, Osmania University” payable at Hyderabad) towards registration fee should reach the Director, Directorate of Admissions, Near PGRR CDE, Osmania University, Hyderabad-7 on or before the dates mentioned below. The registration fee details are given in Information Brochure. The application form along with ICR summary sheet and Information Brochure are also available on O.U. website www.osmania.ac.in/admissions.
Candidates can download a copy of application form & ICR sheet and apply with a DD for Rs.340/- per subject plus late fee, if any, on or before the last dates mentioned below.
