Lady Constable : 2940 posts 

Eligibility Criteria  :

Age Limit : Candidates aged should between 18 years to 27 years as on 01-01-2015.

Educational Qualification : Only applicants apply for these posts, who are passed Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or equivalent examination from any Board recognized by the State Government or the Central Government.

Application fees : Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs. 150/- in the form of A/C Payee Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank / IPO purchased in favour of “West Bengal Police Recruitment Board” payable at Kolkata. Fee is exempted for SC/ST candidates of West Bengal only.

Selection procedure : Applicants will be selected through competitive written exam followed by personal interview, document verification, PET test .

Apply procedure : Candidates can apply through prescribed application form along with all required certificate , two passport size photographs. On the top of this envelope please write “Application For The Post Of Lady Constable In West Bengal Police – 2015” On the right side of the envelope please write “To The Chairman, West Bengal Police Recruitment Board, Araksha  Bhavan, Sector-II, Block-DJ, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700 091”.
